Siren Welcomes New UK Business Analyst, Alyson Coggins
Siren is pleased to welcome Alyson to the team as a Business Analyst, based in the UK, joining Siren’s Global Professional Services organisation.
Since earning her BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Wolverhampton in 2002, Alyson has built a 23-year career delivering large-scale, technology-led transformation programmes across the Criminal Justice sector. Her work has focused on the delivery of enterprise technology solutions that support complex operational, investigative and national-level outcomes.
Alyson brings extensive technology experience applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver end-to-end technology change, spanning business analysis, requirements definition and business change delivery. Her expertise includes benefits identification, measurement and management, alongside infrastructure modernisation, user-centred system design and organisation-wide technology transformation programmes.
Her career has been primarily within the public sector, supporting Central Government and national technology initiatives. Most recently, Alyson spent three years at the UK Home Office working on the Law Enforcement Data Service (LEDS), the technology programme developed to replace the Police National Computer (PNC), a critical piece of national law enforcement infrastructure that had been in operation for more than 50 years.
By joining the Siren Professional Services team, Alyson brings tacit knowledge and leadership capability in delivering mission-critical technology platforms and national scale system transformation, further strengthening Siren’s ability to maximise customer value.
