Siren Partners with Postech to Increase South American Investigative Intelligence Presence

GALWAY, IRELAND, July 21, 2020Siren, the leading provider of Investigative Intelligence analytics, today announced a strategic partnership with Postech, a Mexican service provider which specializes in information security and cyber and business intelligence. Under this agreement, Siren –  a solution that combines advanced link analysis, BI, big data monitoring,  operational intelligence monitoring, data discovery and search all on one platform – joins vendors such as Elastic, Symantec, Trend Micro, and F5 Networks, to form part of a best of breed analytics and data science offering.

The Postech alliance follows on from an earlier agreement with Brazilian consultancy AIMART, reconfirming Siren’s commitment to the Latin American marketplace as it looks to expand its role in the region’s intelligence and law enforcement initiatives. John Randles, CEO of Siren, explained: “From our perspective, there is enormous potential in South America for solutions like Siren as progressive intelligence and law enforcement organizations look to utilize the best technologies.”

Randles continued: “Postech provides us with a larger geographical presence and invaluable domain expertise. It has relationships with many organizations which would benefit from our expertise as the requirement for advanced correlation analysis on multiple datasets, at the same time, becomes more of a pressing industry need.”

The Siren Investigative Intelligence platform is used worldwide as a key component in investigative solutions (fraud, intelligence and policing), search and discovery solutions (life sciences and healthcare, enterprise search) and as an enhanced Elasticsearch distribution (cybersecurity, threat intelligence and operations). It makes domain experts more self-sufficient from IT than ever before, allowing them to ingest, model and investigate correlations without heavy coding support.

Dr. Juan Pablo Diaz PhD, CEO at Postech, said: “Innovation is the heart of the Siren offering and we expect it to be of great interest to many of our clients. With Siren in our portfolio of solutions, our proposition is stronger. The investigative landscape in South America is becoming more sophisticated and, in Siren, we have a partner which can offer a platform that evolves in line with rapidly changing law enforcement requirements.”

Other notable Postech partners include Palo Alto Networks, Cloudera, Nutanix, Huawei, and Rapid 7.
